| » | Do you know what your rank is? Why it’s important? Here is a little primer to help you out! Assignors use a ranking system to describe how difficult a match is to officiate. Referees are also given a ranking to describe what matches they are comfortable working. When you use SkagitRefs to find matches, these ranking rules determine whether you can self assign or if you must email the assignor and ask for the match. Don’t know what your current rank is…? Select Services from the menu, then Profile. You will find Rank under the Biography tab. |
| » | Interested in working beyond the Fall season? Not currently ranked to work select matches? We have a plan to help! Referees that have either a) worked 12 assignments and attended a Chapter meeting; or b) worked 20 assignments, can be considered for a rank increase. (Note, your match count should be a combination of centers and lines). If you meet either of these criteria we will help you get a rank increase. Send an email to info@skagitrefs.org with the subject line “rank increase” to get started… |
