SkVYSA Youth Soccer Age Group Rule Variations 2025

Now is your opportunity to join our referee family! A new referee clinic will be held in Burlington at the Skagit River Fields on August 16th. You must go to wareferees.org and register and complete the online portion at least four days prior to the in-person field session.

If you are interested in working tournaments in Skagit, Firecracker or Rush, you will need to register with ncrefs.org as these tourneys are assigned through them. They use the same system as us so its very easy to do.

Please plan to attend! Our annual Chapter meeting with elections will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025 from 6:00-8pm at the PUD building 1415 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon. We will be providing dinner. If you would like to be nominated or know someone who would like to run, please submit your nominees to president@skagitrefs.org. We look forward to seeing you there. To all referees: US Soccer has implemented a new policy (531-9), that begins March 1st, 2025. Please take a few minutes to look over this new policy. It is most beneficial to all of us. Please remember to do your part by reporting referee abuse in a match report, a misconduct and/or supplemental report, and by contacting your assignor! Thank you all.
